A Year In Review
This year has certainly been a noteworthy 12 months for the Icon Group with some major achievements, challenges and changes across the organisation. Looking back on the year that was, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on some of the great work we lucky enough to deliver.
HAWKER PACIFIC: A BUSINESS OF MANY FEATHERS
Hawker Pacific is a leading integrated aviation services brand with a strong presence across Australia, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. With a plethora of different business units spread across these territories, Hawker Pacific required a single supplier for all marketing that could unite their brand.
What we did
Icon Visual Marketing has worked in collaboration with Hawker Pacific to clarify and reinforce their brand across their network. By understanding the complexity of the aviation giant, we have developed a unified communications plan and galvanized brand position. A multi-level engagement strategy has sought to bring clarity to stakeholders in business units all over Australia, Asia and the Pacific.
BAKERS MAISON: A WELL BAKED PLAN
Bakers Maison is Australia’s leading provider of fully-baked and par-baked frozen baked goods to the foodservice industry. With the B2B bakery making a sizable investment in a new facility at their Revesby location, the need to tell a story was rising. The aim of the new video was to demonstrate the Bakers Maison process and communicate the scale of the new factory to stakeholders internally and externally.
What we did
Taking the bashful yet modest personality of the Bakers Maison brand, Icon Visual took a playful, documentarian approach to tell their story. This allowed Bakers Maison to communicate the broader brand message and the quality of their product to internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
AVANTE: ONE WHO IS AHEAD
Avante is a high-density residential tower in the center of Wollongong, New South Wales. Bevans Real Estate, Colliers International and TQM Design & Construct briefed Icon Visual Marketing to create an identity and marketing strategy for the apartment tower that communicated the modern and forward-thinking design as well as the benefits of living in the former Steel City.
What we did
Icon Visual Marketing delivered the Avante concept with a robust identity carried across web, digital, print and the built environment. The modern and future-focused brand provided a key point of differentiation in the Wollongong apartment market. In the first week over 30% of the available apartments were sold, a great result for everyone involved.
HOME MADE: CREATING THE TILLAGE
In late 2017, Icon Visual Marketing was approaching by Provincial Land Developments whom had secured a sub-division in the rural town of Goulburn. This was the first property development project undertaken by PLD, whom had stronger experience in marine security.
What we did
Icon Visual Marketing set about building a community from the visions of the PLD directorship. Engaged due to an extensive experience in property development along with an integrated, full service offering our team built an authentic identity around the boutique subdivision.
