Joe Papadatos, Managing Director

For 15 years, Joe has built Icon Visual Marketing to be the largest marketing company in Sydney’s South West, driving the strategy-first approach delivering a full range of marketing services. His senior level of strategic marketing knowledge and experience ensures Icon is unwavering from its approach, applying this across a wide range of industries.

Joe has built the strength of Icon Visual Marketing on the ability to work at a highly strategic level, while ensuring that all activities are aligned with overall marketing and business goals. His passion and dedication for each client creates unique integrated and innovative sales and marketing strategies.

While new technologies and opportunities have seen the face of marketing grow and change, Joe employs fundamental marketing principles to ensure new tools and technologies are the right choice to help the client’s business grow.

Joe brings a high level of creativity to all areas of brand development and management. This has been developed through working with national and international clients, business to business, in a range of industries including: property development, professional services, medical and healthcare services.

Joe graduated from UTS with a B.App. Sc (App. Chem), holds post graduate marketing qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing.

Andy Hanna, Group General Manager

Bringing together his skills in operational management, financial administration and problem solving, Andy’s role as Group General Manager sees him driving the Icon Visual Marketing and Orange Canvas teams. With innovation at the fore, Andy drives operational efficiencies to improve processes, product development and production to benefit all clients in terms of pricing and customer service.

Erica Williams, Head of Client Systems

At Icon for more than six years, Erica holds responsibility for a wide range of clients and internal marketing teams as well as ensuring efficient and effective workflows for clients.

Erica is a dedicated and highly organised marketing professional who thrives working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. She has over fifteen years marketing communications and advertising experience, with a proven track record in delivering integrated campaigns on time and within budget through excellent communication skills and relationship management.

Erica has worked for both independent and global agencies and this has given her varied experience working across a range of clients including FMCG global accounts, hospitality, government agencies, retail as well as specialising in B2B & Industrial Marketing.

Erica also sits on the Icon Group Management Team.

Michael Jackson, Head of Business Services

A driving force in the development of the Icon online service offering for over eight years, Michael’s unique ability to balance client, customer and technological requirements has seen him seen him grow to lead a team of digital marketing specialists, seo specialists and web developers as the Head of Online Services and IT.

Consistently working across multiple-concurrent projects while managing both internal and external expectations, Michael has been key in establishing technical standards and ensures adherence across the team and business.

With a large team of talented web designers around him, Michael commands respect from his team, internal teams and clients for his extensive knowledge and experience in solving complex web issues and delivering customised web solutions.

Michael is a member of the Icon Group Management Team.
